対処方法
以下のコマンドで、「systemd-resolved」サービスを停止させる。
sudo systemctl stop systemd-resolved
sudo systemctl disable systemd-resolved改めて、「dnsmasq」を起動。
sudo systemctl start dnsmasq.serviceきっとこれで完了。
